Heather Edelman, Founder and President of Strategies for Growth has been a human resource professional and executive for over 20 years.  Prior to founding her own firm, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Schwartz Communications, one of the country’s leading high-tech public relations firms.  She was also the Human Resource Officer for Lifeline Systems and part of the senior management team that led a turn around of the business.  In her career she has worked with companies in a range of business environments including Fortune 50, joint ventures, family–owned, start-ups, high growth, and turnaround.

Edelman holds a degree from The Pennsylvania State University.  She has published articles on leadership integrity and her work in change management was cited in a 2000 Harvard University case study.  She is a member of the Human Resource Leadership Forum, Northeast Human Resources Association, The Boston Club and the New England Women Business Owners.
