She was also the Human Resource Officer for Lifeline Systems and part of the senior management team that led a turn around of the business. In her career she has worked with companies in a range of business environments including Fortune 50, joint ventures, family–owned, start-ups, high growth, and turnaround.
Edelman holds a degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She has published articles on leadership integrity and her work in change management was cited in a 2000 Harvard University case study.
