Panel Moderator:

On March 16, 2004 Heather Edelman moderated a panel of senior women executives at MassWIT (Women in Technology) Women's Leadership Conference.

The session, "The Triple Bottom Line: People, Passion & Profits", focused on values based organizations.  Realizing that the bottom line is no longer the only measurement of a company's success, values based organizations focus on their people, the environment, and the relationships that are critical for business success.
